Vendor-Exhibitor’s Information for the Wedding Wars

I’m happy to announce that L Elizabeth Events is partnering with Rocky Mountain Bride and the new Vehicle Vault to host Wedding Wars 3 on Tuesday, January 6, 2015. The event will go from 5:30-8:00 PM. Vehicle Vault is a gorgeous new space, in Parker, showcasing gorgeous classic cars from every decade.

Vendor opportunities to exhibit for this event will be limited to ensure the highest quality standards for this event.

We had a blast the last 2 year’s and looking forward to having you join us.

Cost to Exhibit:

Event Partner $349 (Early registration $300 before Nov 15) – There is a limit to the number of vendors in each category. This event is for stylish, unique vendors. We desire a very fun and competition free environment. Priority for spaces will be granted on a first-come basis. No space sharing is allowed!
Event Sponsor $450 (Marketing on promotional materials)

Swag Bag (Goodie-bag) Drops $100

– complementary for participating vendors

We are accepting vendors for swag bag drops. Please provide 200 pieces/copies for the bags. Payments and drops must be received by Dec 15, 2015. You are limited to one self-contained drop. Please mail to: L Elizabeth Events c/o Laura Pearson • 2950 Birch Street • Denver, CO 80207. Receipt of items after this due date may not be included in the bags.

Setup Information, Parking, and Tear-Down
