Animals need advocates too. There are several organizations who are dedicated to this work that I wholeheartedly support.
Mountain Pet Rescue – Their mission is to provide rescue, foster care, education, training support and adoption for mountain dogs awaiting adoption or that are considered unadoptable in other parts of the country.
Safe Harbor Lab Rescue – Dedicated to rescuing and successfully rehoming stray, abandoned or surrendered Labrador Retrievers. Safe Harbor also partners with professionals for medical care, training and education.
Forgotten Felines – Cats matter too! Forgotten Felines provides the public services to help control the alley cat population through education, spay and neuter services, adoption for cats that can be socialized and develop awareness for feral cat issues in Denver.
