PARKING INFO
- If you need to unload without stairs, we recommend parking in the garage directly behind Larimer Social. It’s called Larimer Square parking garage and is accessed off Market – 1422 Market Street.
- Valet Parking is available right in front of Larimer Social at $10 per vehicle.
- Surface lots and garages are also available nearby.
WHERE IS MY BOOTH/AREA?
- When you arrive, there will be a sign on each table. Locate your business name to find your exhibiting area/table. Please do not switch tables or areas with someone else. If you have any trouble locating your area/table please let us know.
EVENT TIMELINE
- 9:00 AM – Initial Setup (no vendors)
- Colorado Party Rentals delivery/setup.
- Stage setup
- DJ setup
- NO VENDOR SETUP AT THIS TIME
- 3:00 PM – Vendor Setup
- Exhibiting vendors that can begin setup.
- MUST be setup and ready by 5pm.
- Late arrivals may not be able to participate and refunds will not be issued.
- 4:00 PM – Fashion Show Rehearsal
- DJ + Violinist practice
- Model run-through
- 4:25 PM – Registration support staff arrives and meets with Laura
- Stephanie, Aubrey, Ryan
- 5:00 PM – Welcome + Meeting
- Quick welcome and meeting for ALL vendors by main stage
- Please bring any raffle items/gift certificates for the giveaways to me at this time. I won’t be able to collect them before this.
- 5:30 PM – DOORS OPEN
- DJ playing background music
- Registration opens
- 6:25 PM – RAFFLE PRIZES
- 1st round of raffle prize giveaways
- 6:30 PM – FASHION SHOW
- Laura at main room stage with wireless mic
- Fred to announce each model by designer and hair/makeup
- 7:25 PM – GIVEAWAYS
- Laura at main stage; 2nd round of raffle prize giveaways
- 8:25 PM – GRAND PRIZE WINNER ANNOUNCED
- Laura at main stage
- Photographer’s please capture the winners of the Grand Prize Giveaway
- 8:30 PM – DANCE PARTY
- DJ + Violinist plays us out in a dance party
- 9:00 PM – BREAKDOWN BEGINS/PLEASE DO NOT BREAKDOWN EARLIER
- Vendors begin tear down of booths
- All out by 10:00 PM
